First thing to do (well after it gets moved out of the living room) is to get it
configured
and up on my home network. I want to net boot it (just in case the disks fail) and
save everything onto my server.
Is it actually possible to netboot from something other than another
'bolix machine? I know there are a couple of experimental Chaosnet
implementations out there but I've never played with one of these.
(Also, I was under the impression that netbooting still required a local
disk to store the FEP files & netboot world).
At any rate let me also congratulate you on the acquisition of a fine
machine. I have a 3630 and it's a seriously impressive hardware +
software combination.
