Why should I spend $333 for one 9-track tape ?

Because the label says that it is:
9-track Tape reel. 11", Made by Digital Equipment Corp, P/N BB-J113M-BC,
RSX11S-V4.3 BIN MT:1600, 1987.
Copies of RSX-11S are considerably harder to come by than copies of RSX-11M
or RSX-11M+.
Though if you ask me someone is a bit daring to be bidding those kind of
prices for a tape from 1987 when you have no way of knowing if it still has
the OS on it.
