Rail?
Around here, railroad tracks are unsafe at any speed. Speed limits are typically 5 mph,
and even at that speed the cars sway and rattle in a frightening manner.
Rail may be ok for coal and cement, but for fragile stuff I?ll take a truck any time.
It?s probably better in other areas, but around northern New England rail is not a real
transportation method.
