NDAs in the electronics industry are a sad but necessary result of the fact that you can't trust anyone with your product data anymore unless you make some kind of allowance to sue them when they steal it. So don't buy one. Non of use that have one (soon to be two and by the year out probably at least five) will mind. Just quit beating us over the head with your opinion.
