talk about markeing. Apple had a small brochure with a girl on the cover, yellow sweatshirt and hat (covering most of her face) holding it against her stomach. I'm not saying it's that that made me always want one (and ironically I had a friend who needed "help" w/computers and asked me to come over and "set it all up", never got around to it). But their stylish presentation of their computers in general likely added something to their appeal. ?Or maybe the darned thing just looked nice! :) The earlier ][s never did anything for me. Of course you were a lot better in terms of expandability w/a ][e. You could pick the ][c up by the handle though. ?Nice machin. Congratulations.
