This is what wikipedia says about it...would others
agree?
For what it's worth, I agree with the main points of the Wikipedia
article. It's certainly in line with what I would tell a visitor not
familiar with the field of Information Systems as part of an overall
definition of what a computer is and a description of what a computer
can do.
