SylSoft CloneCD is the only package I'm aware of--it's Windows and it's
modestly priced. However, it's also a 21-day time-limited free demo.
One of the big issues is that shibboleth, DRM. CloneCD used to be a
product out of Europe (IIRC) but was sold to SlySoft, located in
Antigua, Barbados where DRM isn't a matter of law.
