Supposedly these guys have the IBM dies and as of last year, were still making/selling new
tab cards. The CHM was investigating them as a source at one point but I believe they now
have more cards than they'll ever need. -C

Also, cutting to size should not be a problem. Any modern print shop
should have a nice big computer controlled paper cutter that would do
a fine job.
