It's not the output that neads such a notice, it's the 400V DC (rectified
or doubled mains) on barrier strips right under the top cover. Touch
that, and you won't feel a thing -- ever!

outputs of the 11/44 PSU,. There's a 5V rail (120A
or so) for the logic
That's not a power supply, that's a MIG welder.
