Sad indeed, SERF was chopped some years ago, it still exists, but in
'virtual' form, like a clearinghouse. There's no longer any physical
place to wander around in to discover stuff, which of course was half
the fun. And I get the feeling that as it means more work or storage
use for the people trying to get rid of the stuff, they don't bother
putting it up on the SERF list and just get rid of it in more
expeditious ways.
