1. You need lots of money
2. You need a great board to help make it all work
3. You need a SUPER grant writer
4. Again you need lots of money
5. If you plan on running it yourself get some trainng or take some
museum classes at a school
I started one back 2003 and still have not got any funding to fully
support it.
