They fought over this as well several years ago. I believe they lost, and
they get no revenues.

I also believe that new audio CDs are still
overpriced. Doesn't
stop me from buying one, though, if I can't find a used copy.
Me too. Though it would have to be pretty damn good music for me to buy
it at over $13.
