Procmail IS easy to use, it's just hard to learn. :-)
Most of the "From:" headers with the domains that you're blocking are
forged. I think that you're probably better off taking a look at something
like SpamAssassin <http://www.spamassassin.org>. It's a cool toy, and
endlessly tweakable.
