I guessed the 'HTL' part as being 'hitting the liquor' - google suggests
that I'm wrong, but maybe that still fits in this case...
I've done a fair amount of hex editing on my CoCos, so I'm not a
stranger to it, but I never did get accustomed to DEBUG...
... and I never really did drink much when I was younger ...
Maybe it's a coincidence? ;-)
