They were introduced (as I recall) as the card format
for the "System 3"
line of computers, and also were used as the reciepts in a line of ATM
machines that IBM made.
Does anyone out there have any System/3 stuff or documentation? I know
little about them, and there seems to be nothing about them on the Web.
