what's a tempest machine?

RF is 95% blocked within a metal box.
Usually steel or alunium shell at ground potiental, any openings
heavily metallic screened and connections points is heavily filtered.
Over laps or at any 2 parts that meets is "metal" gasketed, spring
fingers strips or series of closely spaced fasteners/rivets. And
done in close tolerences on case work.
