The CD4007, wasn't it? Farnell still lists them, 46p
each in DIP, 15p in SMD.
Without looking it up That may be it. I do remember it was in the 400x
range.
I'm not at all surprised it's still around as it was a useful part.
Many others like the
555 timer, SA602 mixer, CA3046(dual diff pairs with current source), 741
opamp,
723regulator and many more are still common and have been around for a
very long time.
