Well, they don't *have* to be over 40. :-)
It's not the worst metric to use, but it would certainly count me out. Good thing I
already have a job!
I think finding people who list "various assembly languages" instead of a few
specific ones on their resumes might be a better one. People who know how computers
really work know that Assembly is really one language with a bunch of different alphabets
(modulo some really odd architectures, like the Forth machines). :-)
