The correct part number for the 3151 keyboard is 1395162.
I have a cool looking 1395660 zillion key keyboard which I can plug into
the 3151 and get the same error as you mentioned. This keyboard
originally came off a twinax AS/400 terminal. Some of the keys work as
advertised.
