Hi, I'm not unfamiliar with the various
versions of the firmware of
your Kaypro 4, but the only person that comes to mind is Dave
Dunfield. In time he has collected images of boot disks of many
machines. I arrange from a few months of a PC configured to be able to
read and write disk images 3.5 " and 5.25", but I live in Italy. Once
you've got practice on how to use the software to create boot disks is
more 'easy to do that to tell it. If there is no one else to may help
you I can try. I'll give you references of Dave Dunfield:
