"CSC" can refer unfortunately to a lot of things and this CSC may refer
to nothing more than the place that fabricated the boards, not to the
actual customer.
Perhaps this stuff isn't from a computer at all. Probably a good idea
to analyze the components on each board and take a stab at the function.

The odd mounting of the TO-5 transistors points
to a fairly old board.
They all seem to have "CSC" on them.
