Really? Most discs that MacOS won't grok, you can
just tell it to ignore when
you insert it and then just "dd if=/dev/whatever of=filename.img" (where the
device can be found with "diskutil list").
I've never had problems on my Mac with foreign formats, even the Files-11 CD
that serves as the VMS distribution disk.

I was trying to burn an image using Disk Utilities (system only wanted
to do a .dmg, not .img) - didn't realize you could do it from the
command line (not a real UNIX guy).
It looks like there are proper images and I'll send these off to
Bitsavers for both the DEC and SUN disks if Al wants them.
