Philipp, while looking through some of your other /8 pages (great LAB/8
system!), you ask about the MC1540. I found a page of info about it in the 1969
Motorola Semiconductor Data Book. It is a core sense amplifier: single unit,
variable threshold, strobe, -55Cto +125C, etc. The 1440 is the same but 0C to +75C.
