Most dictionaries reflect current "common"
usage.  That which was once
 wrong becomes "correct" if enough people who are wrong persist in being
 so.  Some dictionaries adopt common convention more quickly than others. 
Much like "DB9", and a "megabyte" being 1024000
There will still be some curmudgeons who resist the changes!
