Yes, I believe it was known as system21, or something similar.

Yup, nicknamed the "Titan" arcade board due to it's ability to handle a fair
amount of polygons (500,000 per second) and lots of sprites without slowdown.
www.system16.com has tons of info on all kinds of
boards. You'll loose 2
or 3 hours of your life, but very pleasant ones :o)
