SGI Indy:

My first Indy was a R4600 and I didn't have IRIX, so I net-installed Linux
on it. It would take 4 hours to complete a kernel build, and it took 11
hours to build X. I gave up on doing the gcc build.

I have two different SGI O2's. One is the slowest model, the other
the second to the fastest. Both run IRIX. I can't believe how well
the slowest performs, even under a very heavy load.
