Your file does not display very well on Netscape (or probably Windows
for that matter). Which terminal is the target? What does it display?
Will a VT100 under RT-11 do the job? I don't see any VT100 Escape
Sequences, so is it all just ASCII characters?

It is just ASCII art, it should be perfectly viewable in pretty much
everything, perhaps save for some weird font set-ups.
