If it is, instead, a "friend" of his, then there is no resourse, since
THAT would be legal.
To be honest your better off not bidding until the last minute of the
auction to avoid shills and other people bidding an item up. I know what I
am willing to pay for an item and once that line is crossed I don't bid
anymore, if the seller wants to have a friend bid it up then he is most
likely going to be relisting it.
