of funny! I've been looking at the same topic recently.
Here is a site I just
found a few days ago which has 3 scanned books on the topic:
I have no idea if it's there, but one good book on this (and on other
related subjects' is called 'Cold Cathode Tube Circuit Design'. I am
told, though, it's not easy to find.
