Strangely enough, it seems to not be going anywhere.?
I've received mail from the current (corporate) owner who
claims that the machine is NOT for sale, and was entered
into the auction by error.?
It looked like the machine had some Air Force property stickers on it. It is possible that
the "owner" did not have title to the machine. If I read the auction
description right, the sale the machine was a part of was a Honeywell surplus sale. They
do defense contracting, and might have simply been in possession of gear purchased on
contract. This can be a problem for universities disposing of surplus as well.
