It's kind of like how Massbus is (if I remember right) specified to be up
to 75' long. That seems like overkill until you try to get a TU77 up a
flight of stairs! It's not that you *would* just leave it in the truck
and use it there, but it's awesome that you *could*.
THAT could be useful.
Even internet access to my thermostat might be handy, although I'd
have a hard time not worrying about errors, or unauthorized resetting.
But, to put the disk drive elsewhere, then I would also need a
remotely accessible robot arm to take the disk out of the package
and put it into the drive.
