I remember using Compaq computers that had floppy drives matching
your description.
I remember 5.25"/3.5" combo drives that were like that for the 5.25"
side.
They were made by Teac, I think.
I may even have one or two of those. And some of those 3.5" drives that would
mount directly into a 5.25" bay...
