You can find disk images for most anything apple on:
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/
I've used ADTPro to bootstrap machines, but as you say, you do need a
super-serial card.

I'm not sure what a europlus version of the machine is though.
I'd be happy to swap you a formatted prodos or dos33 disk for 2 blank
single density 5 1/4" floppies. :) I'll offer images of anything on
asimov for the same bargain swap rate. :)
