These guys (Spark Fun) have some very cool little assemblies that adapt
various SMT devices to pin headers, and reasonably priced.
Interesting device. Looks like it only lets you capture data off of
the GPIB bus and cannot be used to control devices on the bus.
The usual players sell complete USB based controllers around the same
price as their PCI based controllers.
