Yeah, I had one of those--just an ISA card with some
connectors. It
was S-L-O-W and not terribly reliable. I don't recall who made it.

I remember reading a review of one back in the day. They were slow but
didn't they have massive (for then) capacity. Something like 1GB? I actually
saw a controller on sale on eBay a while back but it didn't have any SW do I
passed on it. It would have been cool to play with it if it was complete.
