Does anyone know how big (dimensions, weight) an IBM
3420, and a 3083
are?
Guessing at the size, I would say about 36 by 32 by 60 inches. The tape
unit and controller are the same size. The 3803 is roughly 650 pounds (280
kg), and the 3420 is just a tad lighter.
