Not a whole frame, just the core memory module itself.
Definitely a novelty, but not sure what a fair price would be.

Ok, time for a reality/price check folks.
What do you all think a whole core assembly, new, for an IBM 360 Model 20
would be worth?
Are you talking about the entire frame, or just the core itself? For most people,
it would be a novelty and would be priced accordingly.
For those of us with running 360/20 machines (I'm only aware of two such parties), it
might have some value as spares, depending on what's there. Care to expand on this?
