There may be more, but that's all I've been able to identify so far.
I have one of the Perkin-Elmer terminals (a Fox 1100, IIRC) and have
been meaning to take some better pictures of it.
I'll be pedantic and note that the Tektronix 4051 isn't really a
terminal, it's a general-purpose computer (with BASIC built in). But
I'm sure it could also act as a pretty decent terminal with the right
software :).
