If memory serves, PCB Pool offered either "hot air leveled tin" or gold alloy
plating for the traces. The latter is better for small parts because it's flatter,
and the price was either the same or close enough.

My last order from OSHPark came with all traces gold-plated.
Apparently, it's getting to be standard practice.
