could it have been a typo, intended to be 15? I could see a few thousand disks, NOT drives!, for a
gimmick mailing,
souvenirs, etc.
Indeed - the "new in box" requirement seems a little odd for drives, but
perhaps not for disks if they were to be given away (and so needed to be blank)
