talk I thought I would mention that the surplus yard at UC
Irvine has a couple huge old motor generator sets, that I am guessing will
go for scrap value. Each motor, or generator part is about the size of
adog, so memory tells me maybe 25 kw.
Interesting unit of measure to apply to a motor.
What else do you know about these MGs? 60 Hz? 400 Hz? DC?
