I just spent the night looking it up in news
databasees and the
contemporary newspaper articles all used ADAM, including in the
announcement before and during the CES unveiling.
That's interesting because the magazines I've seen didn't use
"ADAM" even
in their announcements. For example, here's the first paragraph of the
article "Coleco introduces Adam system at SCES" by Scott Mace from the
June 27, 1983 issue of InfoWorld:
