Well, it needed a straight serial cable, no null modem.
It won't boot from HD (but the sound is quite right).
I inserted the cartridge: it's not a tape streamer, it must be a
winchester, Newbury Data Limited Recording Model 505, 5MB
The machine booted from the removable device, may the internal HD is
used only to store data.

It does an automatic logon as IPL and then, after some useless stuff
related to an insurance company (the last owner), it displays
again the logon string, and I'm stuck here :(
I'm thinking to try floppy boot, but I must guess which CP/M to use.
2.2? I have nothing ready, so I should use 22Nice, for example, to
prepare some media...
There's a chance to read the Winchester disk elsewhere?
The drive has MFM interface, but 256 bytes/sector.
Attaching it to a WD ISA controller could not be so useful...
