CC list archives?

Is the CC list still active? If so, does anyone know what happened to the archives? They are currently 404. I sent an e-mail to Jay, but as usual he did not respond. I'll probably get a response in 6 months. This is not meant as a slam against Jay since I'm much worse :( Anyway, just checking, since my only conduit to CC is through the archives. In fact, I won't know if anyone responds to this inquiry since I have delivery set to off.
