The implementation I was recalling was from the Wollongong Group (Univ. in
Australia) (WIN/TCP I believe).
TWG was a Silicon Valley company.
Well that's funny, I don't where my mis-perception as to the origins originated
but I think I've had it since way back when. (Somebody else ordered the
software package - I just programmed with it).
