I think you need a bit of perspective here! "Lots of us" is
a microscopic crowd, a very few hardcore collectors with the
$ to stockpile. I haven't even SEEN a PDP-8 (for example)
for > 20 years, other than in a museum, and then only twice
(Mtn. View, San Diego). And I even know about them and used
their historical compatriots.
