This has
happened to me on several MicroVAX II PSUs and it is the
mains filter capacitor. I have replaced them with these:
http://www.maplin.co.uk/metallised-paper-rfi-class-x2-capacitors-98166.
(N70CN for the one that failed)
I recommend changing the other one at the same time as it won't be
long before that one goes too.
I have at least 4 MicroVAX IIs. Should I order spares...
