Really?
The *cough* website I looked at listed specific resolutions for each
(including NTSC). Perhaps the site had some misleading information? (don't
ask for an URL, it's been too long)
Yes, really. NTSC, PAL, and SECAM are colo[u]r encoding methods,
nothing more. They don't mandate the number of vertical lines,
horizontal frequencies, etc, although certain other standards do tend to
be uniquely associated with certain colour encoding standards.
