That is standard Dartmouth BASIC! at least it has been since 1969 when I
started programming with it.
And it was standard in every Micro$oft BASIC up until QuickBASIC. And
in HP-2000 BASIC, on which I first learned. The ANSI Goto (label) was a
late development and slow to be adopted by implementors -- the first I
recall was the Ryan/McFarlan compiler for the TRS-80s, not that that
means it was first in any other way.
