Just getting scans of the
documentation in Russian would be a huge step
forward. I've dealt with Russian datasheets using Google Translate, and
have several friends with varying degrees of fluency in Russian. In
fact, I'd personally much rather have scans of the Russian documentation
than to have a translation but not the originals. (Having both would be
great!)
